Everyone knows (or should know) that posting comments on blogs drives traffic to whatever site you want to promote. However, knowing a thing and following through on it are two very different things.
First you have to find the blog sites that are relevant. Then you have to figure out if they have used a no follow tag. You DO want that link followed by the search engines. Then you have to post the comment. Finally you need to follow up to see if they comment got posted.
